📝 Terms & Conditions:

1. Slot Confirmation & Payment Process
To secure your slot, please follow the steps below:
➡️ Request to join
➡️ Waitlisted by host
➡️ Make payment ONLY after being waitlisted
➡️ Send your receipt in the group chat
➡️ You’ll be moved to the confirmed list ✅

📌 Important:
You are not confirmed until payment is received and the host updates your status.

2. Payment Remark
When making your payment, please include your Reclub ID and session time in the remark.
Example: Chong 01July 9pm

3. Cancellation Policy
❌ Cancellations made less than 12 hours before game time are non-refundable.

4. Minimum Players
A minimum of 4 players is required to start. If this isn’t met, the session will be canceled and refunded.

5. Players Per Court
Each court will host 6 to 8 players, depending on demand.
