❌ NO WALK-INS ALLOWED
✅ REGISTER & PAY FIRST BEFORE PLAYING

✅ REGISTRATION
•Request to join the Open Play.
•Wait for slot confirmation.
•Send payment via GCash.
•Upload receipt in the “Payment” tab.
•Admin will approve once payment is verified.

⚠️ Do NOT pay if slots are already full unless instructed by admin.


⏳ WAITLIST POLICY
If slots are full:
•Players may be waitlisted.
•Payments may be refunded or transferred to another schedule if no slot is secured.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
•Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
•You may transfer your slot to a waitlisted/substitute player.
•Inform admin of replacements 2HRS BEFORE on game day.
•Replacement is only valid once confirmed by admin.

✅ Games up to 11 points
✅ 10–10 = Slide once + Sudden Death
✅ Please arrive on time
✅ Respect all players and organizers
