📌 BOOKING RULES

• Payment is required to confirm your slot.
• Slots are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis.
• Walk-ins are welcome, subject to available slots. Maximum capacity is 22 players, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the session starts.
• If you can no longer attend, please inform the organizer as early as possible.

💸 REFUND POLICY

• No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
• If you cancel, you may find a replacement player to take your slot, subject to organizer approval.
• If the event is cancelled by the organizer, players will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their payment to another session.

🤝 SPORTSMANSHIP & COURT RULES

• Respect all players, regardless of skill level.
• Be friendly, fair, and honest with line calls.
• Follow the rotation system and share court time fairly.
• Keep the courts clean and take care of the equipment.
• Warm up safely and stay hydrated.
• Follow the organizer’s instructions to keep everyone safe and the games enjoyable.
