Fixed Doubles Social at Bedok North

Game Format:
- Fixed doubles
- 4 teams (total of 8 players)
- Each team will play every other team at least twice.
- Rally scoring to 15 points, no deuce.
- Player serving to call out score before every serve.
- Receiver's team makes the line calls. In the event of any dispute, replay the point.
- Those not playing, refrain from calling in/out balls.
- Matches will be generated by Reclub and scores will be recorded.
- If time permits, 1st & 2nd team in overall standings will play against each other, followed by 3rd & 4th team in overall standings.
- If there's insufficient time to complete the last 1-2 matches, rally scoring to 11 points (no deuce).

Pre-game:
- Request for game with your partner. Once waitlisted, message the host who you are pairing up with. Priority will be given to paired players.
- Player without partner can ask those on waitlist.
- Host will assign partner if there are players not paired up nearer to actual date.
- Once you are placed on the waitlist, payment must be made promptly to secure your spot (payment details will be sent in chat). Do not make payment if you are not on the waitlist, no refunds will be given.
- Selection of players is based on the host's discretion, not first-come-first-serve.
- Upon receipt of payment, you will be shifted from "Waitlist" to "Confirmed".

Refund Policy:
- No refund for cancellations/no-shows. Do inform the host in advance if you are unable to attend after confirmation.
- If game is cancelled due to inclement weather, fee will be refunded. No refund will be issued if players present decide to proceed with the game after lightning alert is off/weather improves.

Bring your own paddle.
Ball will be provided.
Please be punctual so that we can complete all matches on time.
