*Waitlist & Payment Policy*

- Being on the waitlist means you’re ready to confirm.
- Once moved from waitlist to confirmed, please arrange payment promptly.
- No payment reminders will be sent.
- Slots are not confirmed until payments have been made; unpaid slots may be released to the next player.
- If you’re not ready to confirm, please select “Maybe” instead.

Prompt payment helps us plan the session more effectively. If something comes up and you’re unable to make it, we offer free cancellation with a full refund as long as you inform us more than 24 hours before the game keeping things and efficient.

*Cancellation Policy*

- Cancellation freeze applies within 24 hours of the session

*Rain Policy*

- In the event of heavy rain before the sessions begins, the game might be cancelled and the facilitator will notify all confirmed participants; fulls refunds in this case.
- In the event of light rain/ light drizzle, game play will still continue. Players can choose to stop gameplay and request for refund with facilitator.
- In the event of moderate to heavy rain occurring midway, refunds will be prorated according to duration of rain.
- Refunds will be made within 2 working days.

*Player Selection*

- Players will be selected to ensure balanced games
- Priority will be given to those who make payment promptly after being added

*Game Format*

- Play to 15 points (Rally scoring, sudden death at 17)
- 4 in / 4 out

Indemnity & Participation Agreement

By registering for and participating in a Smashing Pickle event, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
2. The organizers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident sustained during the event.
3. You confirm that you are medically fit to participate and agree to stop playing immediately if you feel unwell.
4. You agree to follow all event rules, court rotations, and instructions given by the organizers to ensure fair play and safety for all participants.
5. You consent to photography and videography taken during the event, which may be used for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes without compensation.
