🎾 Singles Open Play Rules, Regulations & Payment Policy

7pm to 12mn

Match Format:

•Maximum of 9 players only.

•Each player is guaranteed a maximum of 3 games.

•Scoring format: 1–6.

•At 5–5 (first to 6).

First Deuce = Sudden Death

Attendance:

•Please arrive on time or earlier to maximize playing time.

•Players arriving 1 hour late will be limited to a maximum of 2 games only.

•Match schedules and rotations will continue as planned regardless of late arrivals.

•New players must make full payment first before their slot is officially confirmed.

•Please DO NOT send payment unless you have been confirmed and tagged by the organizer.

Sending payment does not automatically •guarantee a slot.

•Slots are officially secured only after confirmation from the organizer.

•Players who are listed and fail to attend without prior notice are still required to pay the Open Play fee.

•STRICTLY NO REFUND.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, schedule conflicts, personal reasons, weather-related concerns after play has started, or failure to attend after payment has been made.

•Open Play fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

•Please ensure your availability before confirming your participation and sending payment.

•By joining the Open Play, participants agree to all rules, regulations, and payment policies.


Sportsmanship & Conduct:

•Respect fellow players, organizers, and court staff.

•Observe proper tennis etiquette at all times.

•Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Open Play and restriction from future events.

•Match assignments and player rotations will be managed by the organizer.

•Playing time may be adjusted depending on court availability and event duration.

•Players participate at their own risk.

•The organizer reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to ensure fair play and smooth event operations.

•Please take care of your personal belongings.
