📌 GUIDELINES

Please read carefully before securing your slot.

1. Exclusive for DMMA Pickleball Players
• This Open Play is exclusively for DMMA Students, Faculty, Staff, and Alumni.

2. Check-In
• Players are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the Open Play for check-in and preparation.
• This will allow us to complete registration and start the games on time at 10:00 PM. Please be punctual to avoid delays in the rotation and queuing system.

3. PickleQ Queuing System
• We will be using the PickleQ Queuing System. Players must wait for their turn before entering the court. Please follow the queue and rotation system to ensure fair play for everyone.

4. Game Format
• 🏓 Games will be played first to 11 points.
• The game ends immediately when a player/team reaches 11 points (sudden death).
• Players must follow the designated scoring and rotation system throughout the session.

5. No Walk-Ins
• Please secure your slot in advance. No walk-ins will be accepted.

6. Payment Cut-Off
• Payment must be completed on or before 12:00 NN, one day before the scheduled Open Play.

7. Proof of Payment
• Please upload your e-receipt/proof of payment to facilitate faster confirmation of your slot.

8. Refund & Slot Transfer Policy
• Payments are non-refundable.
• Confirmed slots may be transferred to another eligible DMMA player, provided that the organizers are informed in advance.
• Unpaid slots will be released to the waitlist after the payment deadline.

9. Safety & Liability
• Participants are expected to play responsibly and observe proper safety practices.

DMMA Dinkers Squad and the organizers shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or other incidents that may occur during the Open Play.
