We've been granted access to their 4 courts for a 2-HOURS trial session. Don't let this opportunity slip away!

🥋 LEVEL GATING 🥋

🙏🏻 This meet is not suitable for first-timers (to ensure everyone can enjoy the game).

👍🏻 Attempting shots with some understanding and technique is encouraged, even if execution isn't perfect.

🔑 To join, please ensure you meet the following requirements:
- Ability to perform groundstrokes (forehand, backhand)
- Ability to serve
- Ability to do volley
- Can do basic wall shot, even with errors
- Familiarity with basic scoring and game play (e.g., knowing how to keep score, understanding lets and faults)

🤝 Admin/host reserves the right to curate player selection for optimal gameplay.

⚠️ IMPORTANT DETAILS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY) ⚠️

1.⁠ ⁠ENSURE AVAILABILITY
•⁠ ⁠Make sure you only book a schedule that you can truly attend.

2.⁠ ⁠BOOKING PROCEDURE
• Process :
Request > Host Curation > Confirmed List > Payment ✅
• Important : Do not pay while your status is "Requested." Payment is only valid once you are on the "CONFIRMED" list.

3. THE D-48 HOURS SHIFT
• Before D-48 Hours :
Secured slots are reserved for those on the Confirmed List.

• After D-48 Hours :
Any participant who has not confirmed their payment will be automatically moved to the Waitlist. Once the D-48 hours window begins, the original queue is no longer guaranteed. The system becomes First Paid, First Served —> any player on the WAITLISTED who pays and sends proof first will take the available slot, regardless of their previous position.

4. SECURE YOUR SLOT
•⁠ ⁠Complete the payment promptly to secure your slot.

5. PROOF OF PAYMENT
•⁠ ⁠Send proof of payment in the designated meet/chat or upload it on your slot.
•⁠ ⁠Don't DM the host directly for payment receipts to make things easier to understand and to keep things organized!

6. FAILURE TO CONFIRM PAYMENT AFTER REMINDERS
•⁠ ⁠Failure to confirm payment after reminders may result in slot replacement.

7. UNPAID SLOTS
•⁠ ⁠Unpaid slots can be replaced by the host/admin at any time.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY ⚠️

1.⁠ ⁠CANCELLATION BEFORE D-48 HOURS
•⁠ ⁠Cancellations can be made before D-48 hours from the schedule, and you will receive a refund to your account. Banzai will be responsible for finding a replacement.

2.⁠ ⁠NO REFUND/CANCELLATIONS AFTER D-48 HOURS
•⁠ ⁠Cancellations made within H-48 hours from the schedule will not be eligible for a refund or deposit.

3.⁠ ⁠SLOT TRANSFER AFTER D-48 HOURS
•⁠ ⁠Although cancellations within D-48 hours are not refundable, you can still transfer your slot to another person (with Banzai's approval). You are required to find your own replacement.

4.⁠ ⁠BANZAI’S REPLACEMENT POLICY
•⁠ ⁠To prevent impulsive slots war & last minute cancellations, Banzai will not provide a replacement. If Banzai provides a replacement after cancellation within D-48 hours, the refund or deposit policy will not apply.
