Cancellation is only allowed up to 3 days before the event.

Once your slot is paid, selling/transferring your slot is allowed if you can no longer attend. Please coordinate with the organizers.

For this event, we will be using our web app for Round Robin instead of paddle stacking. The lineup will be arranged to keep the games as balanced and fair as possible.
