📢 FRIENDLY REMINDER 🏓

To ensure everyone has a fair and enjoyable game:

📌 First to pay, first to secure the slot.
10 hours before the game, I will start confirming players who joined but haven’t paid yet. Unpaid slots may be given to players on the waiting list.

📌 If you can’t make it, please inform me at least 4 hours before the game. Once cancellation is frozen, the game fee will still be charged for no-shows.

📌 Fewer games may happen sometimes due to the schedule and court rotation.

✅ Everyone is expected to get 5–6 games.
⏰ Late players may sometimes get fewer games due to the schedule and rotation.
🤝 Please respect the generated pairings. The system is designed to give everyone a fair rotation.
