2. Wait until your status changes to WAITLISTED before making any payment.
3. Upload your payment receipt in the ReClub payment tab.

•Walk-ins is allowed if the slot is not full
• All payments are non-refundable. Slot transfers are allowed only with organizer approval.


• If your status is ON HOLD, do not make any payment until instructed.
• All slot transfers must be approved by the organizers before the scheduled open play.

Late cancellations or transfer requests that are not approved before the scheduled open play will be considered as a used slot. The payment will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

By joining this event, players understand and acknowledge that pickleball involves physical activity and inherent risks. Participants voluntarily assume all risks and agree that Baseline Pickleball Club, its organizers, and staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during play.
