🟢 HOW TO JOIN
1. Send a request to join the event.
2. Wait for the host to move you to the Waitlist.
3. Once in the Waitlist, pay the event fee via GCash and send proof of payment in the chat.
4. Payments will be processed in a first come first serve basis.

🟢 MATCH FORMAT

• Singles
• First to 6 games
• 1 regular deuce, then sudden death on the next deuce
• No tiebreak at 5–5, continue playing until one player reaches 6 games
• Players are assured 2 matches each
• Max 25 mins per match

🟢 FEE STRUCTURE

Court Fee: 800/hour × 2 hours = 1,600
Ballboy: 100/hour × 2 hours = 200
Guest Fee = 200

New balls care of host

Total Event Cost: 1,800 (host plays for free)

Per Player: 1,800/3 = 600 + 200 = 800 (non-member)

• Minimal parking available
• Water is available at the facility, but feel free to bring your own

🟢 CANCELLATION POLICY

Payments are non-refundable once your slot is confirmed.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer or sell your slot to another eligible player. Please inform the host of any replacement before the event.

Match order may be adjusted by the host depending on player arrival times and court availability.
