Looking for a fun, zero-pressure, and well-organized pickleball session? You’re in the right place! We run a strict 1:10 court-to-player ratio so you get maximum court time, zero crowding, and plenty of rally action. Beginners are 100% welcome!

📍 Session Details
* Price: ₱100 / player
* Location: Satori Residences (Outdoor Court)
* Level: All Levels (as long as you’re beginner-friendly!)
* Format: Open Play (1 Court : 10 Players Max)
* Queueing System: PickleQ (Automated, fair & easy to use!)

🌧️ Weather & Rain Policy
Because this is an outdoor court:
* Rain Refunds: In the event of heavy rain or unplayable wet courts, the session will be canceled and 100% of your payment will be refunded.

🔄 Fair Play & Queue Format
To ensure everyone gets an equal amount of playtime and the chance to mix around, we will be using pickleQ's "Balanced" mode:
* Equal Matches: The system automatically tracks turns so everyone gets an equal number of games.
* Mixed Partners: You’ll pair up with and play against different players throughout the session—great for making new pickleball friends and learning different playstyles!

💵 Fair Pricing & Club Fund
We operate on a 100% non-profit model—no markups, no hidden fees.
* Session Fee: ₱100 / player (Calculated using Court Rent ÷ 9)
* The Club Fund: When we reach a full house (10 players), the 10th player’s fee goes directly into our Club Fund to supply session balls, cover under-booked courts, and subsidize future community events.

⚠️ Slot Policy
* Pay to Lock Slot: Once you are moved to the waitlist, please submit payment to secure your slot.
* Transferring Your Slot: Can’t make it? Slots are non-refundable (except for rain cancellations), but you can transfer or sell your slot to another player or someone on the waitlist. Just give us a heads-up in the group chat!

2. Wait for the host to transfer you to the Waitlist.
3. Once moved, send your payment via GCash / Maya to 09088933025 and post your proof of payment in the chat.

* Personal Injury: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. The organizers, host, and venue are not liable for any personal injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur before, during, or after the session.
* Personal Belongings: You are solely responsible for your personal property. The organizers and venue assume no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
* Safety & Conduct: Players are expected to play responsibly, wear proper court shoes, and observe court safety guidelines at all times.
