🎾 COURT ALLOCATION RULES
• 4–6 participants: 1 court
• 7–12 participants: 2 courts
• 13–18 participants: 3 courts
• Minimum participants: 4 players. If fewer than 4 participants join, the event will be cancelled. Participants who have completed payment will receive a full refund (T&Cs apply).
• Maximum capacity: 6 participants per court.

🚨 Cancellation Policy
•24+ hours before the event: Full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund.
• Can't make it? You're welcome to transfer your spot to a friend. Please inform the host in advance.
•Host cancellation: 100% refund for all paid participants.
