01 | REQUEST TO JOIN
Send a join request on Reclub before making any payment.

02 | CHECK & PAY
Check the schedule first to make sure your preferred session still has an available slot. Once confirmed, send the payment to: J** Ar***D S. (0977) 094 2235

03 | SEND YOUR PROOF
Send us a screenshot of your payment so we can confirm your slot.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not send payment if the session is already full. We cannot guarantee a slot or an immediate refund for payments made without checking availability first.

🎾 CANCELLATION & CREDIT POLICY

All payments are non-refundable, but your paid slot may be converted into credit for your next visit if:

🌧️ MANAGEMENT CANCELLATION
The session is officially cancelled by management, such as due to bad weather.

⏰ EARLY CANCELLATION
You notify us at least 1 hour before your scheduled session.

❌ LATE CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session, as well as no-shows, will be considered used for the reserved slot and will not be converted to credit.
