TEMPEST PICKLE – SESSION GUIDELINES

Registration & Payment

Payment to be via Pay-now to 92331113

Registration Status

* Requested – Please do not make payment yet.
* Waitlisted – Make payment via PayNow. Include the session date and venue in your payment reference. Slots are allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
* Confirmed – Your slot is secured once payment has been received and verified.

Note:

* If you are on the waitlist and no slots are available please do not make payment.
* All confirmed bookings are final. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* If you are unable to attend after confirmation, please inform the organisers as early as possible. Where possible, you may arrange a replacement of a similar playing standard, subject to organiser approval.

Session Format

The session format may be adjusted based on attendance and organiser discretion to ensure balanced and enjoyable games.

Court Rotation

* 4 Players On / 4 Players Off
* Rejoin Paddle Queue after each game
* Players are encouraged to rotate partners between games to promote balanced play and meet more members of the community.

Match Format

* Rally scoring to 15 points.
* No deuce. Sudden death at 14–14.

Game Rules

* Line calls should be made by the receiving side.
* If there is uncertainty or disagreement on a line call, the rally will be replayed.
* Players waiting off court are kindly requested not to interfere with line calls.
* Balls will be provided.
* Please bring your own paddle (BYOP).
* Player acceptance and court assignments remain at the discretion of the organisers to maintain balanced sessions.

Participation Agreement

By making payment and participating in a Tempest Pickle session, you acknowledge and agree that:

* Participation is entirely at your own risk.
* You confirm that you are medically fit to play and will stop immediately if you feel unwell or injured.
* Tempest Pickle and its organisers shall not be liable for any injuries, losses or damages arising from participation.
* You agree to follow all event rules, organiser instructions and court rotation guidelines to ensure a safe, fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.
* Repeated unsportsmanlike behaviour, abuse towards players or organisers, or failure to comply with event rules may result in suspension from future Tempest Pickle sessions.
* Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for community updates and promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to their use unless you notify the organisers otherwise.

Wet Weather Policy (SRC @ Ayer Rajah)

SRC @ Ayer Rajah is an outdoor venue and sessions are subject to weather conditions beyond Tempest Pickle’s control. We follow SRC’s official hourly charging and refund policy.

If rain stops and the courts become safe for play, the session will resume where possible.

Players who choose not to attend based on their own assessment of the weather do so at their own discretion. Refunds will only be issued following an official announcement by the Tempest Pickle organisers.
