▪️ Rally scoring system: 15 points (Sudden Death)
▪️ Basic rules apply at all times
▪️ Matches are social play with random player rotation
▪️ All players must follow host instructions
▪️ Respect all players and maintain good sportsmanship

🌜 PADDLE QUEUE SYSTEM 🌜
➰ Matchups will be arranged to ensure balanced skill levels & fair gender mix
➰ Host reserves full rights to arrange, adjust, or change pairings
➰ Host’s decision is final
➰ DO NOT move or touch other players’ paddles ⚠️
  (Unless clear permission is given)

🔺 WARM-UP POLICY
▪️ Warm-up is limited to 5 minutes maximum
▪️ Applies to first game only
▪️ Games will start immediately after warm-up

⏰ NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY ⏰
▪️ No-show or cancellation within 24 hours will be charged the full game fee
▪️ This applies regardless of reason
▪️ Courts and spots are pre-booked
▪️ Failure to settle fees may affect future participation priority

💰 GAME FEE NOTICE 💰
A mandatory game fee will be collected to cover balls, court essentials, and hosting costs.
Players who do not comply may be denied game access.
