For first-time joiners, payment must be made first once your queuing slot is confirmed. Payment is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel within 24 hours before the scheduled queuing session, a ₱200 Cancellation Fee will apply.

You may avoid the cancellation fee by finding someone to replace your slot. The replacement must be confirmed with the admins before the session.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. This policy helps us manage our limited slots fairly and avoid last-minute conflicts.
