✅ PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

• All players who wish to join the Open Play must upload their payment receipt to secure and confirm their slot.

• Please upload your receipt in the Payment Tab together with the complete details in the Payment Note.

Payment Note Format:

• Slots will be confirmed on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

• Make sure that your uploaded receipt clearly shows the reference number for verification purposes.

📢 OPEN PLAY CANCELLATION & OFFSET POLICY

To keep our Open Play slots fair and organized, please take note of the following:

🕐 More than 6 hours before the Open Play schedule
• Players may request an offset by informing the admin in advance.
➡️ 50% of the paid amount will be credited/offset to a future Open Play schedule.

⚠️ Within 6 hours before or after the Open Play schedule
• This will be considered a “No Show.”
➡️ No offset or credit will be allowed, and the payment will be 100% non-refundable.

• Once we announce that the session is already at full capacity, please refrain from sending any more payments.

• All reservations must be made through Reclub. Only players included on the confirmed list will be allowed to play.

⭕ IMPORTANT REMINDER

• Kindly include your name and your +1’s name(s) on the receipt before uploading it to the Payment Tab.
