Servebisyo’s Beginner Friendly Open Play

🎾 GAME FORMAT

• 11-point scoring
• Sudden death — no deuce
• Bato-bato pick ✊✋✌️ to determine first serve
• Warm-up on your first game only
• PickleQ will be used to manage the rotation
• Partners are randomly assigned through PickleQ
• Strictly no fixed partner/pairing requests.

📲 REGISTRATION PROCESS

1️⃣ REQUESTED → WAIT ‼️

Once you request to join, your status will show as “Requested.”

Please wait until your status changes to “Waitlisted” before sending payment.

2️⃣ WAITLISTED → PAY

Once “Waitlisted,” send your ₱180 payment to secure your slot.

After paying, go to the Payment tab and upload your receipt for verification.

3️⃣ CONFIRMED → YOU’RE IN! ✅

Once payment is verified, your status will be changed to “Confirmed.”

⚠️ Payment first basis — slots are secured by payment.
💳 No payment, no play.
🚫 No walk-ins.
👥 Only 28 confirmed participants will be accepted and added to the playing queue.

📌 CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY

Player Cancellations
Cancellations with refund are accepted only when made more than 24 hours before the scheduled Open Play. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable, as your slot has already been reserved.

Weather-Related Cancellation/Rescheduling 🌧️
If the Open Play cannot proceed due to weather conditions or venue restrictions, the session will be rescheduled. Confirmed participants may choose to:

Keep their paid slot for the rescheduled date, or receive a full refund of their Open Play fee.

Please check in with the organizer as soon as you arrive. Your check-in lets us know you’re present and ready to be added to the PickleQ queue.
