HOW TO RESERVE A SLOT
1️⃣ Send a request to join the upcoming session.

2️⃣ If you are on the waitlist, upload a screenshot of your payment in the “Payment Tab” or the “Meet Chat” (❌Not Direct Message ❌Not PM).

3️⃣ Slot is confirmed after admin payment verification.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
📍 No refunds after confirmation.

📍 You may transfer your slot to a waitlisted/substitute player and handle the refund directly.

📍 Inform the admin at least 6 hours before the session of any changes.

📍 Replacement players require admin approval.

📍 If your slot is not filled, the fee goes to the club fund.
