📌 REMINDERS & GAME RULES

📣 CHECK-IN & PAYMENT FIRST

* All players must check in with the organizer upon arrival to confirm their attendance and pay the ₱60 fee before playing.
* Even if you have already reserved your slot via Reclub, you must still check in with the organizer before joining the games.
* For GCash payments, please show your payment confirmation to the organizer for verification.
* Only checked-in and paid players may join the games.

📣 PADDLE STACKING: WIN-WIN / LOSE-LOSE

* Winners play against winners, while losers play against losers.
* Please follow the paddle stacking system to keep games organized and moving smoothly.

📣 NO PADDLE SWAPPING

* Please use your own paddle throughout the session. Avoid swapping paddles to prevent confusion or accidental loss.

📣 GAME FORMAT: FIRST TO 11

* Games are played to 11 points only, with no win-by-2 rule.
* The first team to reach 11 points wins.

📣 STRICTLY NO WALK-INS

* All slots must be reserved through Reclub.
* No walk-ins or unregistered players will be accommodated.
* Slots are on a first-come, first-served basis.

❗ CANCELLATION POLICY

* If you can no longer attend, please notify the organizer and cancel your reservation on Reclub at least 1 hour before the scheduled session.
* Please cancel promptly so other players can take your slot.
