📌. CANCELLATION & SLOT TRANSFER POLICY ⚠️

1. 🚫 No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable.
2. 🔄 Finding a Replacement: If you cancel, you may contact a waitlisted or substitute player to take your slot and collect your payment from them directly. Unfilled slots will be forfeited to the club fund.
3. ⏰ Deadline (3:00 PM on Game Day): You must notify the Admin of your substitution NOT LATER THAN 3:00 PM on the day of play. Admin reserves the right to decline replacements submitted past the deadline.
4. ✅ Slot Confirmation: Substitute players can only enter the rotation once the Admin officially confirms and updates the slot transfer.
