ReClub Payment and Slot Guidelines

Welcome to The Pickle Farm Court! Secure your place on court in four simple steps.

𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗦𝗟𝗢𝗧
1. Request to join the Open Play on ReClub. You will be placed on the 𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 (𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁).
2. Proceed with payment through the official payment channel provided.
3. Upload your proof of payment in the 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗯 on ReClub.
4. Once verified, you will be moved automatically to the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁.

NOTE: Slots are confirmed on a 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩-𝙩𝙤-𝙥𝙖𝙮, 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩-𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙨.

⚠️ IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:
• Once the Open Play is FULL, there will be STRICTLY NO WALK-INS.
• Please secure your slot through ReClub before coming to the court.
• No-show = No refund.
• If you can no longer attend, you may sell or transfer your slot to another player.
• Please inform us and provide the new player’s complete details before the session.

Open Play Details

✅ Rate: ₱120per player
✅ Duration: 6pm-11pm (5 Hours)
✅ 4court

A few friendly reminders for all players:

✅ Respect Everyone – Be kind and respectful to players of all skill levels.
✅ Follow Court Rotation – Give everyone a fair chance to play. Please avoid occupying the court for too long when others are waiting.
✅ Practice Good Sportsmanship – Win with humility, lose with grace, and always keep a positive attitude.
✅ Share the Court – Open Play is for everyone! Be mindful of others and help new players feel welcome.
✅ Keep It Fun – We’re here to enjoy the game, improve our skills, and build friendships.
✅ Take Care of Our Facilities – Keep the courts clean and dispose of trash properly.
