Beginner Class: Forehand Focus

This week, we’re going back to one of the most important shots — the forehand.

A beginner-friendly class focused on building a more consistent and controlled forehand, with the right technique from the start.

We’ll work on:

* Preparation & contact point
* Swing technique
* Footwork & positioning
* Direction & control
* Forehands in simple rally situations

Perfect for beginners who want to build confidence and consistency from the back of the court.
