🏓 New Booking Guidelines for Open Play

Our Open Play sessions have been getting full almost every weekend (Thank you!), and to give everyone more playtime and less waiting time on court, we'll be moving to a *Payment First* system.

Here's how to join:

1. Tap "REQUEST TO JOIN" and we will place you on the waitlist.

2. To secure your slot, please complete payment via GCash and upload your receipt in the *Payment Tab*.

Gcash
* Number: 09369595004
* Name: John Regison T.

3. You're confirmed! - Only players with verified payments will be moved from waitlist to confirmed.

*Quick reminders:*

🏓 Paying in cash?
Just message us in our Facebook page *The Pickle Yard Dasma* and we'll reserve a slot for you.

🏓 Paying for friends?
You can send one receipt to our Facebook page — just list down all the names included so we can reserve slots for all of you.

🏓 Walk-ins are welcome but subject to slot availability.

⏰ Rescheduling Policy:
Any request to reschedule must be made at least 12 hours before the playtime. Otherwise, the slot will be considered forfeited.

*Important*

Once the session shows FULL, please don't send payments anymore. We won't be able to accommodate walk-ins or extra players beyond the confirmed list to keep rotations fair.

We know it's an adjustment, but this helps us avoid no-shows, long queues, and waiting lists — so everyone gets a fair, fun, and organized game.

Thank you for understanding and for always bringing the good vibes to The Pickle Yard Dasma! See you on court!
