Adult Beginner Ballet Intro

Our Adult Beginner Ballet Intro Class is designed for those with little to no prior experience in a supportive and welcoming environment.

In this class, you’ll be guided through the fundamentals of ballet technique, including posture, basic positions, simple barre work, and gentle centre exercises. We focus on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and musicality at a comfortable pace, ensuring everyone feels confident and encouraged.

No prior dance experience is needed, just come as you are!
