Sunday Morning Open Play (9am-1pm)

Here's how to book your OpenPlay session in 5 simple steps:

STEP 1️⃣ REQUEST TO JOIN ON RECLUB
Head over to our ReClub events page and find the OpenPlay session you'd like to join. Click "Request to Join" to express your interest. This is where you'll see who else is registered part of our community-building magic!

STEP 2️⃣ VISIT OUR WEBSITE TO REGISTER
Once you've submitted your request on ReClub, head to our CourtHaus website to complete your booking. Select your preferred date and time for the OpenPlay session you want to play in.

STEP 3️⃣ PAY AND REGISTER
Complete your payment through our website (https://courthausph.playserve.app/open-play ) to finalize your registration. Keep your confirmation—you'll need it to track your slot.

STEP 4️⃣ WAIT FOR VERIFICATION
After you've paid and registered on our website, sit tight! Your slot will be verified on ReClub within 1-2 hours. You'll see your spot officially confirmed in the ReClub event. ⏳

STEP 5️⃣ SHOW UP AND PLAY!
Once verified, you're all set. Grab your paddle and we'll see you at CourtHaus! Come ready to have fun and build connections with your fellow players. 🔥

⚠️ IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICIES ⚠️

FINAL REGISTRATIONS
All OpenPlay registrations are final. Refunds will not be provided for rescheduling requests.

RESCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS
If you need to reschedule your OpenPlay session, requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

NON-TRANSFERABLE SLOTS
Your OpenPlay slot is personal and non-transferable. Only you may use the slot for the OpenPlay session you registered for. This ensures everyone plays fair and our community stays connected.
