🎀 Format: Skill-Based Queue
🏓 Paddle Stacking: PickleQ
🏟️ Courts: 3 Courts
⏰ Duration: 4 Hours
💰 Open Play Fee: ₱200/player
🏆 Scoring: First to 11 points

✨ Players will be organized through a skill-based queue to help create balanced and enjoyable games.

🥒 DINKING WARM-UP — STRICTLY 5 BALLS

Before joining the games, each player is required to complete exactly 5 balls for dinking practice.

This quick warm-up helps everyone get comfortable with their paddle, ball, and playing environment before games begin. 🤍

💸 HOW TO REGISTER

1. Request to join the event
Send a request to join the Open Play.

2. Pay the ₱200 registration fee
Payment must be made before your slot can be confirmed.

3. Send your payment receipt
Send a screenshot of your GCash receipt together with your full name.

4. Wait for confirmation
Once your payment has been verified, your slot is officially confirmed. 🎀

📌 EVENT REMINDERS

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled session.

• Bring your own paddle. Limited paddles may be available for sharing.

• 5-ball dinking warm-up is strictly required before play.

• Stay hydrated! Don’t forget to bring your water bottle. 💧

• Please follow the PickleQ skill-based queue and wait for your turn.

• Be respectful to fellow players, organizers, and court staff.

• Keep games moving and be mindful of other players waiting for their turn.

• Most importantly, let’s keep the court friendly, welcoming, and fun for everyone! 🤍

📌 CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

• If you can no longer attend, please inform us at least 24 hours before the event.

• Registration fees are non-refundable.

• Slot transfers may be allowed if coordinated with the organizers before the event.
