To keep our games organized, fair, and enjoyable for everyone, please observe the following:

🏓 1. PAYMENT FIRST
Your slot is confirmed only after payment.
❌ No payment = No reservation.

🚫 2. NO-SHOW POLICY
If you reserve a slot but fail to show up, your slot is still considered used and must be paid for.
Please inform the organizers as early as possible if you can’t make it.

⏰ 3. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your reserved slot, please inform the organizers at least 4–6 hours before the scheduled play.
❗ Cancellations made less than 4 hours before play time, or failure to inform the organizers, will still require payment for the reserved slot.

⏰ 4. BE ON TIME
Please arrive on time so we can keep the games moving and maximize everyone’s playing time.
