Notice:
Players should understand that participating in sports carries an inherent risk of injury. The notice serves as a reminder that hosts and other participants typically do not assume any responsibility for injuries sustained during the game.

It is always advisable to take precautions to protect yourself:
1. Wear protective eyewear: The ball can travel at high speeds and cause serious eye injury.
2. Warm-up properly: Stretching and a light warm-up can help prevent muscle strains.
3. Stay aware of your surroundings: Be mindful of other players, the court boundaries, and potential hazards.
4. Play within your limits: Avoid trying shots or moves that you are not comfortable with to reduce the risk of falling or overexertion.
