1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participating in pickleball involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions with other players, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, dehydration, and other physical injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate and acknowledge that these risks may occur even when reasonable precautions are taken.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in pickleball at the above-mentioned venue. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I agree to release and hold harmless the club/organization, its organizers, officers, staff, volunteers, and event facilitators from claims arising from the ordinary risks of participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from negligence or other acts for which a release is prohibited by law.

2. PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES

I agree to follow all court rules, safety guidelines, and reasonable instructions from organizers.

Use appropriate sports equipment and footwear.

Assess my physical condition before participating and stop playing if I feel unwell or injured.

Inform the organizers of any emergency or safety concern.

Respect other players and use the facilities responsibly.

3. MEDICAL EMERGENCY

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize the organizers to contact my emergency contact and, when reasonably necessary, arrange emergency assistance. I understand that I am responsible for my own medical expenses, subject to applicable law and any relevant insurance coverage.

4. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and agree that the organizers are not responsible for loss or damage except where liability is imposed by applicable law.

5.ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT

I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, that I am participating voluntarily, and that I have had the opportunity to ask questions before signing.
