🚫 CANCELLATION

⟡ Payments are non-refundable. You may transfer your slot to a waitlisted/substitute player and arrange the refund directly with them.
⟡ Please inform the admin at least 12 hours before the session if there are any changes.

🌧️ RAIN POLICY — OUTDOOR COURT

⟡ If it rains 1 hour before the session starts, a full refund will be issued.
⟡ If it rains during the session, refunds will be computed based on the remaining unplayed hours.
