Focused Drills | 4 to a Court | Group according DUPR level

This is a Self Drilling Session (minimal guided). Suitable for tournament prep players, players who are looking to be more consistent with stroke mechanics.

Focus on fundamental techniques. Not suitable for beginners/first timers

Drills consist of :-

10 min forehand dink
10 min backhand dink
10 min drive
10 min drop
10 min hand battle
