✅ Check In: Please check in with the host upon arrival to confirm your registration.

🏓 Game Format: Games are played to 11 points only. Game starts at 0-0-2

🔥 Warm-Up: Warm-up is limited to the first game to maximize court time and give everyone more opportunities to rally.

📲 Fair Play & Rotation: We’ll use the PickleQ app (WINNER VS LOSSER) for partner matching and organized queue rotation.

💳 PAYMENT & SLOT CONFIRMATION

* All payments are strictly non-refundable.

* Slot transfers are allowed ONLY on the day of the event, provided you are unable to attend.

* Slot transfers are no longer permitted before or after the event day.

* Kindly inform the organizer on the event day to facilitate the transfer.

A friendly reminder to all players! Let's keep our Open Play fun, respectful, and welcoming for everyone.

1. RESPECT EVERYONE. No bad-mouthing, trash talk, insults, or offensive language toward fellow players.

2. NO UNSPORTSMANLIKE BEHAVIOR. Avoid mocking, blaming, shouting at, or intentionally embarrassing other players.

3. RESPECT ALL SKILL LEVELS. Everyone starts somewhere. Be patient and supportive, especially with beginners.

4. PLAY FAIR. Call your own lines honestly, follow the rules, and respect the decisions made on the court.

5. NO UNNECESSARY ARGUMENTS. If there's a disagreement, stay calm and settle it respectfully with the game facilitator.

6. BE A GOOD WINNER AND LOSER. Celebrate respectfully, accept defeat gracefully, and congratulate your opponents.

7. KEEP THE COURT SAFE. No aggressive gestures, throwing paddles, or behavior that could put others at risk.

8. ROTATE AND SHARE COURT TIME. Follow the rotation system and give everyone a fair chance to play.

9. ENCOURAGE, DON'T DISCOURAGE. We're here to learn, improve, connect, and enjoy the sport—not to prove we're better than others.

10. RESPECT THE COMMUNITY. Repeated disrespectful behavior may result in a warning or removal from the Open Play, at the organizer's discretion.
