1. 💰 PAYMENT — PAY BEFORE PLAY
(Non-refundable)

Secure your slot through GCash payment.

* Submit your Join Request on Reclub.
* Pay the required fee and upload your payment receipt on the Payment tab or send it to the Group Chat.
* Only confirmed players are allowed to participate in Open Play.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
DO NOT PAY if there are no available slots on the confirmed players list.

2. 🪪 IDENTIFICATION ON RECLUB

To help us properly identify and organize players:

* Please use your FULL NAME (First Name + Last Name) on Reclub.
* This is especially important for players who share the same first name.

3. 🚫 NO-SHOW POLICY

NO SHOW = NO REFUND & NO RESCHEDULING

Please make sure you can attend before securing your slot.
