📌 ₱50 venue fee — covers water & ice, not part of open play fee. Pay admin on site.

📌​Slot Confirmation: Your spot is strictly confirmed only after payment is received.

📌​Waitlist Status: Unpaid sign-ups will remain on the waitlist until payment verification.

📌​Cancellation Policy: Payments are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session. If you can’t make it, feel free to transfer or sell your slot to another player.

​🎾 Game & Court Rules

1. Match Format: First to 11 points.

2. ​Warm-Up Limits: 4–5 minutes max before your first match of the hour. No warm-ups on succeeding games so everyone gets maximum play time.

3. Open Play Flow: PickleQ organizes the rotation, making sure everyone gets fair turns on court and the games keep moving smoothly.
