🎮 GAME RULES

To keep the games fair, fun, and moving, here’s how we’ll run the rotation:

🏓 SUDDEN DEATH AT 11 POINTS

Once the game reaches 11 points, sudden death applies to keep games moving and give everyone more playing time.

🚫 NO SLICE

No slice shots for this Open Play. This is to keep things more fair and beginner-friendly, while also helping us maintain faster rotations.

⏱️ 15-MINUTE TIME LIMIT

Each game has a 15-minute maximum. Once time is up, the team/player with the highest score wins.

🔄 FAST ROTATION

We’re playing on 2 courts for 4 hours, so we want everyone to get as much playing time as possible!

When your game ends, please rotate out promptly so the next players can get on the court. Let’s keep the games moving and make the most out of our 4 hours! 🥵🏓

⚠️ GAME & SAFETY REMINDER

Pickleball is a physical activity, and participation comes with inherent risks, including falls, collisions, muscle strains, and other sports-related injuries.

Please play within your own ability, warm up before playing, stay hydrated, and take breaks when needed.

🚨 IMPORTANT: There will be NO medical personnel or medical team on-site during the Open Play. In case of an injury or emergency, appropriate assistance will be coordinated as needed.

By joining the Open Play, participants acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in a physical activity and agree to play responsibly and at their own discretion.

📌 CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations made within 48 hours before the game will not be eligible for a refund. However, your slot may be transferred to another person. Just let us know in advance so we can update our player list.
