Dear Powerhouse Pickleball Players,
Welcome to the Morning Open Play of Powerhouse Pickleball Club! 🏓

A minimum of 4 players is required for the Open Play session to push through.

To ensure a smooth, organized, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read and follow our Open Play House Rules below.

OPEN PLAY HOUSE RULES
1. PAY BEFORE PLAY
To ensure smooth game scheduling and avoid confusion, we implement a PAY BEFORE PLAY system. Payment confirms and secures your slot in the Open Play session.

Open Play Fee: ₱150

PAYMENT PROCESS
Submit a Join Request through Reclub.
Once you are added to the Waitlist, check the Confirmed List to see if slots are available.

If a slot is available, pay the ₱150 Open Play fee.
Upload your payment receipt in the Payment Tab of Reclub.

Please do not post your payment receipt in the Chat.

Walk-in players are still welcome. However, please send us a message through our Facebook page, Powerhouse Pickleball and Badminton Center, and wait for confirmation before coming to the court.

ARRIVING AT THE COURT
2. REGISTER AT THE COUNTER
Upon arrival, please register your name at the counter so you can be added to our queueing system.

3. APPROVED PICKLEBALL BALLS
We exclusively use USA Pickleball-approved pickleball balls.

4. COURT ROTATION
Games are played to 11 points, win by 2.
Once a game ends, players rotate according to the queueing system.

Note: For sessions with fewer than 8 participants, the queueing system is not required. Players may rotate freely based on their preference.

The organizers reserve the right to shuffle players based on skill level/rating to ensure balanced and competitive matchups.

5. POWERHOUSE QUEUEING SYSTEM
Players waiting to play will be displayed on the monitor.

The monitor will also show players currently in the queue and those with the most wins.

6. PLAYING WITH SPECIFIC PARTNERS
If you wish to play with a specific partner for practice, please approach the Queue Master so you can be tagged accordingly in the system.

Once you decide to split up and return to the regular rotation, please inform the Queue Master as well.

7. STRAY BALLS & COURT SAFETY
If a ball enters another court, loudly call “BALL!”

Please AVOID chasing or retrieving balls while another game is in progress on another court. This is to prevent accidents and ensure everyone's safety.

8. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables at all times.
Powerhouse Pickleball Club will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or valuables brought into the facility.
