QUEUING SYSTEM — NO PADDLE STACKING!

We will use an automatic queuing system, so there's no need to stack your paddles! 🏓

📲 Join the queue: We will send the queue QR code before the event so you can join ahead of time or you may also scan the QR code at the venue to join the queue.

🎾 Follow the queue: Games and court assignments will follow the system's queue order.

⏳ Please be patient: Wait for your turn and be ready when you're called.

⚠️ Late comers: Since the queue is automated, players who arrive late may not play in the same games or with the same people as those who arrived on time. Your games will depend on your position in the queue when you join. We cannot guarantee that late arrivals will catch up with their friends' or preferred players' games.

🏓 GAME RULES & FORMAT

⏱️ Maximum of 15 minutes per game. Please finish your game within the time limit so everyone gets a fair chance to play.

🤝 No deuce. If the score reaches a tie at game point, the next point wins.

🔒 Locked-in partners: Players who register or request to play as partners should remain paired for their games, subject to the event's queue setup.

💡 Our recommendation: If you have a locked-in partner, please request or set your partnership for your first game. This helps minimize long waiting times in the middle of the session and avoids unnecessary queue adjustments.

🙌 Practice good sportsmanship: Make fair line calls, respect fellow players, and keep the games friendly.

📣 Follow the organizers' instructions if queue or court adjustments are needed.
