To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree to release and hold harmless BREAKTHROUGH RALLY, its organizers, volunteers, and venue partners from claims or liabilities arising from injuries, losses, or damages related to my participation, except in circumstances where liability cannot legally be waived.

I also understand and accept that I am responsible for my personal belongings and any medical expenses that may arise from my participation.
