✦ CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS
• Payments are non-refundable
• If you can no longer attend, you may arrange a replacement player
• Replacement players must be approved by the admin
• The replacement player pays you directly
• The Rally Co. does not facilitate replacement-player payments
• Please notify the admin once a replacement has been arranged
