Guidelines
1. Maximum of 5 participants per session
2. Minimum of 3 confirmed players to proceed
3. Payment first to secure slot
4. Upload receipt in Reclub payment and chat tabs
5. Come at least 15 minutes before the session starts of the briefing
6. In case the minimum number of players was not met by 9pm of the day prior, the event will be automatically cancelled and full payments will be refunded.

!!Cancellation Policy!!
1. Confirmed slots are non-cancellable and non refundable but transferrable.
2. In case or substitution/s, the involved parties must settle the payment among themselves.
3. Inform the host of any changes.
