Whether you're developing your skills or looking for a competitive challenge, our alternating weekly sessions bring players together for quality games, sportsmanship, and fun.

Player Capacity: Maximum of 36 Players
Skill Level: Alternating Weekly
Format: Round-Robin-Style Rotation | Automated Paddle Stacking
Registration Fee: ₱250 per player

🎯 WEEKLY SKILL LEVEL ROTATION

Our Sunday AM sessions alternate between two formats:

WEEK A | OPEN TO ALL LEVELS

Open to beginners, intermediate, and advanced players. Designed for enjoyable matches, skill development, and friendly competition.

WEEK B | COMPETITIVE OPEN PLAY

Lower Intermediate to Advanced players. Designed for more challenging matchups, competitive rallies, and higher-intensity games.

Important: The designated skill level will be indicated in each Reclub event. Please check the session category before registering.

💳 REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

FIRST PAID. FIRST CONFIRMED.

All registrations initially enter the Reclub Waitlist. Joining the Waitlist does not automatically secure a slot.

HOW TO REGISTER

1. REGISTER – Join the session through Reclub.
2. WAITLIST – Your registration will initially show Waitlisted.
3. PAY – Send ₱250 via GCash to either number:
- 0916-390-6462
- 0926-651-2686
4. SUBMIT – Send your payment receipt to the KISS MY ACE! Messenger Group Chat.
5. CONFIRMED – After payment verification, your Reclub status will be updated to Confirmed.

SLOT CONFIRMATION POLICY

- Maximum of 36 confirmed players.
- Slots are awarded on a First Paid, First Confirmed basis.
- Payment priority is determined by the transaction time after successful verification.
- A slot is secured only when your Reclub status shows Confirmed.
- Once the session is full, additional players remain Waitlisted.
- Please do not pay when all slots are filled unless instructed by the organizer.
- Vacated slots will be offered to eligible waitlisted players, with payment instructions and a confirmation deadline provided by the organizer.

NO VERIFIED PAYMENT = NO CONFIRMED SLOT.

⏳ PAYMENT DEADLINE

Payment must be completed within 24 hours of joining the Waitlist or at least 48 hours before the session, whichever comes first.

For regular Sunday AM sessions, the advance payment cutoff is Friday at 8:00 AM.

Unpaid registrations may be canceled to accommodate other players.

Late registration and payment may be accepted when slots remain available, subject to organizer approval.

🏓 OPEN PLAY RULES

Scoring: First to 11 points wins. No deuce or two-point lead required.

Court Rotation: Follow the automated paddle stacking system to maintain fair and organized player rotation.

Player Matchups: Match assignments will consider skill levels and player availability whenever practical.

Match Results: The winning team must report the final score to the organizer after every game.

Court Etiquette: Vacate the court promptly after each match so the next group can play.

Warm-Up: Warm up before your first game. No additional warm-ups between succeeding matches.

Player Rotation: Playing time depends on attendance, match duration, and rotation order. An equal or minimum number of games cannot be guaranteed.

Sportsmanship: Respect all players, officials, and opponents. Competitive play should never compromise fairness or respect.

Cleanliness: Observe CLAY GO (Clean As You Go) and help maintain a clean playing environment.

⏰ ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early (7:45–7:50 AM) for registration, preparation, and warm-up.

- Check in with the organizer upon arrival.
- Be ready when called for your match.
- Late arrivals will join the active rotation after check-in and may experience additional waiting time.
- Follow the assigned rotation to help keep the games running smoothly.

🔄 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

24 HOURS OR MORE BEFORE THE SESSION

Eligible for a refund upon cancellation.

LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SESSION

Non-refundable, including no-shows.

ORGANIZER-CANCELED SESSIONS

Payments may be transferred to the next available session in coordination with the organizer. Players unable to attend the replacement session should contact the organizer to discuss available arrangements.

SLOT TRANSFERS

Transfers or replacements require organizer approval. Confirmed slots cannot be transferred without prior coordination.

Please notify the organizer as early as possible if you cannot attend so your slot can be offered to another player.

🛡️ PLAYER SAFETY & WAIVER

Participation in pickleball involves inherent physical risks, including injury and accidents.

By joining this event, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to follow venue regulations, safety guidelines, and proper court etiquette.

Players are encouraged to wear suitable court shoes, stay hydrated, respect their physical limitations, and secure their personal belongings.

KISS MY ACE! PH and its organizers are not liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, or personal losses except as required by applicable law.

🅿️ PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY

Parking is available for motorcycles, cars, and e-trikes (electric tricycles).

Spaces are subject to availability. Players are encouraged to arrive early and follow designated parking instructions.
