- All confirmed bookings are final.
- Slot transfers are permitted only if a replacement player is available.
- Replacement players must meet the session's level requirements.
- Please inform our Admin before transferring your slot.
- No refund will be provided if no replacement is found.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTES

- Players should be familiar with basic tennis rules and doubles scoring.
- ⏰ Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session starts for warm-up and stretching.
- Warm-up should be completed before matchplay begins.
- Follow the Host's match rotation instructions.
- Bring your own tennis racket, proper tennis shoes, and drinking water.
- Respect all players and maintain good sportsmanship.
