‼️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS

✔️ First to pay = First confirmed slot.

✔️ Unpaid players may be moved to the waitlist once slots are nearly full.

✔️ Waitlisted players may still complete payment, but confirmation depends on slot availability.

✔️ Your registration is not confirmed until your payment has been verified.

✔️ This session is intended for Beginner – Low Intermediate players (NR – 3.499 DUPR). Please register only if you fall within the designated skill level to ensure fair and balanced matches.

✔️ Before joining, please ensure your Reclub account is linked to your DUPR account. Reclub automatically blocks players whose accounts are not synced with DUPR from joining DUPR-rated events.

🎾 DUPR OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES

✔️ This is a competitive session and is not beginner-friendly.

✔️ Our goal is for every player to play at least 6 games.

✔️ No fixed partners. Partners and opponents will rotate throughout the session.

✔️ We use our online/automated paddle stacking system for our open play, meaning you’ll rotate and play with different players across skill levels — great for improving and meeting the community

✔️ Arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in and match assignments.

✔️ Match assignments will be based on your Reclub self-rating, so please keep your rating updated and be honest when selecting your skill level.

🎾 GAME RULES

✔️ All matches played during this session will be submitted to DUPR.

✔️ Games are played to 11 points (no deuce). The first team to reach 11 wins.

✔️ Announce the score clearly before every serve.

✔️ No warm-up before games. Please warm up before the session begins to maximize court time.

✔️ Follow the assigned match schedule and partner rotations to ensure accurate DUPR reporting.

✔️ Immediately after every game, both teams must report the final score and identify the winning and losing team to one of the Kitchen Social Club admins. This is required for accurate DUPR submission.

✔️ Exit the court promptly after each game to keep rotations running smoothly.

✔️ Practice good sportsmanship, respect fellow players, and help create a fun, fair, and competitive environment.

✔️ Unsportsmanlike conduct, intentional sandbagging, or manipulation of match results will not be tolerated.

✔️ Please wear proper, non-marking sports shoes only.

❌ Bare feet, slippers, leather shoes, hiking shoes, and shoes with rough or black soles are not allowed on the court.
