• Replacement Deadline: Notify the admin of any replacement before 12:00 PM on game day. Late requests may be declined.
• No Replacement, No Play: If you cannot attend and fail to provide a replacement, your slot will be forfeited.
• Admin Approval Required: The replacement player may only play once the admin confirms the change.
