OFFICIAL CLUB SESSION PROTOCOLS
I. GAMEPLAY & COURT ROTATION
Match Format
All matches will be played to 11 points under a sudden-death format.

Court Rotation
A structured Winner/Loser rotation system will be observed to maintain an efficient, balanced, and enjoyable court experience for all participants.

II. REGISTRATION & SESSION POLICY
Slot Confirmation
Session slots are officially secured only upon successful payment. Reservations are strictly handled on a First-to-Pay basis.

Payment Verification
Participants are required to upload a valid proof of payment through the designated Payment Tab to complete their registration.

Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least four (4) hours prior to the scheduled session. Requests made beyond this period may no longer be accommodated.

Refund Policy
All session fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been confirmed.

III. CLUB CODE OF CONDUCT
Sportsmanship
We uphold a culture of respect, integrity, and fair play. Participants are expected to make honest line calls and demonstrate professionalism both on and off the court.

Court Etiquette
Players are expected to observe proper court etiquette, including prompt ball retrieval, efficient transitions, and respect for fellow players and court time.

Disciplinary Policy
Harassment, verbal abuse, disrespectful behavior, aggressive conduct, or unsafe play will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in immediate removal from the session without refund.

IV. PARTICIPANT LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in the session constitutes an acknowledgment that players voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with the sport.
The Organizers, venue management, and affiliated parties shall not be held responsible or liable for:

Injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies sustained during participation.
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings or equipment.
Participants are encouraged to exercise appropriate caution and take responsibility for their own safety throughout the session.

V. PRIVACY & MEDIA POLICY
Media Consent
Participation in the session constitutes consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for official event documentation and promotional purposes.

Media Usage
Captured photos and videos may be used exclusively for club updates, event recaps, community features, and social media promotions. Personal information will not be publicly disclosed without appropriate consent.

Media Opt-Out
Participants who prefer not to be included in event photography or video coverage must notify the Organizer prior to the start of the session.

CLUB STANDARD
By joining our sessions, participants agree to uphold the values of respect, sportsmanship, integrity, and community. Our goal is to provide a premium, welcoming, and well-organized sporting experience for everyone.
