2. Once your name appears on the WAITLISTED list, you may proceed with payment.
3. Upload your proof of payment in the PAYMENT TAB ONLY.
(Proofs of payment sent via private message will not be accepted.)
4. Your slot is confirmed only after your payment has been verified.

Cancellation & Refunds
• Refunds are only given if Open Play is canceled by the organizers at least 4 hours before the session.
• No refunds, rescheduling, or slot transfers after payment.
