Session bookings: Bookings are done on a first-come-first-serve PAID basis. All participants will be put in waitlist till payment received to be movedj to CONFIRMED. Plus+1 can be booked once the member have been confirmed. Players will be waitlisted once the Session is full.

Session charge: This session will be RM20 per person. Payment must be made to secure a confirmed spot.

Payment: Should be made via Touch n Go to Datu Rashdi @ +6017 780 3733 and send a copy of your receipt to him @ +65 8198 9951 or to the session chat.

Honouring your booking: Please honour your Session Bookings so that there are enough players. All no show will be charged despite reason as court & equipment cost needs to be covered.

Cancellation deadline: 24 hrs before start of session. Full Court Fees are payable for cancellations after the deadline.

Waitlisters: Please do not turn-up unless you have been confirmed to play. Should you still turn up:
(1) you will be not allowed to play unless there are No-Shows.
(2) If the Session is FULL, Waitlisters may be admitted after 1 hr.
(3) Admittance of Waitlisters for #(1) & #(2) who have turned-up be in order of their queue position, and full Court Fees will be payable.

Indemnity to Play: By signing up you agree that you are physically fit to participate in the JBPF event that you are registering for.
You agree that this JBPF event carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of all relevant and appropriate care taken to avoid injuries
The specific risks varies and includes but are not limited to:
1) minor injuries such as cuts, bruises, sprains and dehydration;
2) major injuries such as eye, head, joints or back injuries, fractures, heat stroke, heart attacks and concussions; or
3) catastrophic injuries resulting in paralysis and/or death.
You understand that the use of appropriate attire and sports gear is a prerequisite. You also understand that the use of appropriate protective sports gear or equipment that would be applicable to your personal physiological condition is your own responsibility. You have read the above and understand that these and other risks are inherent in pickleball or any sports. You confirm that your participation is voluntary and knowingly assume all such risks.
